doesn't profit beyond it's capacity to respond to the leadership of the
human spirit.
Our ability to hear from God is in proportion to the size, capacity and the disposition of our spirit.

1. Feed on the right type of information e.g God's word, inspiring words, words of wisdom etc.
2. Suppress the body, weaken it, deprive it, bring it under
subjection to your spirit. You do this through fasting, self discipline
and by observing spiritual activities like praying, thinking and
meditation.
3. VERY IMPORTANT- Renew your spirit, bring it to life, get born
again, believe, accept and confess the Lordship of Jesus Christ and the
reality of the price he paid to redeem your spirit, soul and body.
