LEADERSHIP 101

Make sure you are not relating with people based on the first impression you have of them that is negative or the last mistake they made.
Give people enough chance to prove themselves.
Believe in people.
Never give up on anybody.
Give them enough time to prove themselves over and over again.

A CALL TO SERVE

Work is a call to service. When you work in any capacity, you are deploying your abilities to better the lot of someone else, and ultimately to advance humanity.
Your worth is in proportion to your work. Work is a privilege, through work you operate in the class of God, you create. Work is divine, it's powerful. Nothing works without work.
The flip side of work is crime. People who refused to gain relevance through work and service sought it through force and deception. This attempt to get what service and work offers through the back door, is call crime. Crime destroys, it's a cancer that eats into the fabric of God's creation. Every act of crime advances satanic agenda.
Work and crime are a continuum of the war that started in the spiritual between God and lucifer (satan)
It's imperative that everyone reaps what they sow.
Ultimately! Work pays but crime doesn't pay.

THERE IS ABILITY IN DISABILITY

You are the sum of both your strength and your weakness.
God created you with abilities and disabilities, you are perfectly made- a combination of opposites, good and bad, like light and darkness, sorrow and joy. Having the capacity to sin and to live righteously.
This contradiction will be the source of great friction in your life, this too is designed on purpose.
Everything God created was good, with a purpose and reason that is beyond our capacity to comprehend. Follow Him and he will make you.

UNDERSTANDING THE BLESSING

Before you say "AMEN" to the next prayer of blessing. Consider this: Every time you ask God to bless you, you are asking him to increase your capacity.
First, He breaks you apart. Secondly, He removes impedments and impurities. Thirdly, He molds you afresh, raw. Fourthly, He takes you to the fire where he cooks you until you are done. The fifth thing He does is to bring you out of the fire, cool you and exermine you for any sign of impurity or imperfection. The sixth thing, He corrects the imperfection, and add finishing touches.
On the seventh day, He wants to rest, so He hands over some of His responsibilities to you- the full grown, well equiped man with the ability and capacity to exercise authority and dominion over the earth.
Praise the Lord! Halleluyah!

EMPOWER YOUR SPIRIT

Only the human spirit have the capacity to absorb and respond to impulse, leading, inspiration and direction from the Spirit of God. The flesh doesn't profit beyond it's capacity to respond to the leadership of the human spirit.

Our ability to hear from God is in proportion to the size, capacity and the disposition of our spirit.
Only the deep calls unto the deep.
Work on your spirit by.
1. Feed on the right type of information e.g God's word, inspiring words, words of wisdom etc.
2. Suppress the body, weaken it, deprive it, bring it under subjection to your spirit. You do this through fasting, self discipline and by observing spiritual activities like praying, thinking and meditation.
3. VERY IMPORTANT- Renew your spirit, bring it to life, get born again, believe, accept and confess the Lordship of Jesus Christ and the reality of the price he paid to redeem your spirit, soul and body.

BLACK PEOPLE'S SLAVE MENTALITY

The rich rule over the poor, and the borrower is servant to the lender.
- Prov 22:7.
Slavery, like poverty is a minds thing.
One has to be a slave mentally to be enslaved physically; people with freedom mentality can't be enslaved. They ll rather die than to be enslaved for a day. Black people are the crying babies of the world because of the slave mindset they acquired through their experiences in history.
The followings are the factors that are the major reasons for this mindset.
1. Religion - It has always been a way of life amongst black people, there is no difference between religion and culture to the blackman. It was unfortunate that his religious beliefs were the foundation of his slave mindset. The doctrines of an average African traditional religion put the man under subjection to the elements, the man lives constantly in fear of offending the forces he believes live behind the elements. This fear was the first foundation of his bondage.
2. Culture - There is no difference to a blackman between his culture and religion. The reason is because culture is a parasite created by the ruling class and the elites which latches into the power of religion to bring the masses under subjection and bondage to them. Through this means, any attempt to question oppresion is always squashed by the threat of incuring the wrath of the gods.
This same mentality is at work today in the political climate of Africa, it's rare for an African to call authority to order. Africa have had in modern times the worst rulers in the world, yet a vast majority watched haplessly, beyond their fear of death is a culture that have no precedence of rising up against oppresion. It's this same culture that birthed the physical manifestion of slavery with the advent of slave trade.
3. Slave trade - Long before the first European set foot on the shores of Africa, the ruling class and the elites having beaten the masses into submission have started owing slaves.
The first slaves ever, were people who ran foul of religious laws and cultural edicts. They and their children were often sentenced to definate or an indefinate period of slavery. The Trans- sahara and the Trans- atlantic slave routes developed as offshoots of what the ruling class and the elites began.

Effects of the slave mindset.

A. Zero value for human life: When a nation lacks regards for human life, it's laws can never seek to improve the standard and welfare of the lìfe of her citizens. We all know that the law in most African countries wasn't made with the interest of the majority at heart but to cement the hold of the ruling class over power and to advance their interests and welfare.
B. A culture of consumption: Africans and black people all over the world live mostly to consume finished products, been mentally lazy to refine raw materials into products that can meet their needs, they live to consume, not minding the consequence of living off the abilities of others. Their belly is their god, to meet the cravings of this god dignity and morality is thrown to the dogs. Like our forefathers who sold their sons into slavery for guns, gunpowder, mirrors, fabrics, gins etc, we still do the same thing today!. We depend on western donations (aids) for everything, we are lap dogs of finished products of other races. We have cocoa but we can't refine it, we buy chocolate products produced by others from our own cocoa. Same with crude oil, and rubber, iron ore, gold, diamond etc. Africa is so blessed yet we don't maximise our potentials, our leaders sell off our collective interests for personal gains.
C. Slaves can't manage freedom: It's a burden to them. How free are most African countries after lots of them got independence about sixty years ago.
How many of us wish we are still under colonial rule. Slaves can't think for themselves, therefore leadership which is simply the ability to think through problems in other to arrive at the required end is always difficult. Most African leaders can't think therefore they can't lead.
In order to cover up for this indequency they simply rule. Mental exercise is tasking to slaves, so most people won't read this, even when a few manage to skim through they won't comment or contribute.
When ll we be free? Until knowledge comes! knowledge empowers and it's the catalyst for freedom.

THE LAW OF TIME

The law of time states that; '' every outcome, degree of effort not withstanding awaits the right time to manifest'' Eccl 3:1,11. Gal 6:9.
Your ability to wait determines how much of your God given destiny you ll fulfill. Job 14:14. To pursue destiny with an understanding of time ll eliminate unnecesary stress and unproductive actions.
